Proceed daily after each meal, with a careful brushing of all dental surfaces making sure to:
- brush all surfaces of all teeth preferably from the gum towards the end of the tooth,
- rinse thoroughly with water.
Careful brushing lasts about 3 minutes ( see diagram at the end of the Instructions ).
Elgydium Contraindications
Never use ELGYDIUM, toothpaste in the following case:
- allergy to chlorhexidine or any of the other ingredients.
